As you know by now, Reptri is a dynamic and tailorable AI Receptionist Service. With a wide range of features, this guide will help you navigate our platform step by step.

Monitor Quality: Optional call recording - Flterable by date to listen to any call.

Calendar Sync: Reptri Australian AI Receptionist books appointments directly into your calendar.
Reminders & Confirmations: It sends automated confirmations and reminders to reduce no-shows.
Call Summary
Detailed Summaries: Whether you record calls or not, each call will have a call summary attached, which you can either read or have Reptri read it out to you like a real receptionist
Ongoing Training
Reptri offers 3 different ways to train your AI receptionist - Voice, Text & PDF. Running a sale for example? Update your Receptionist by talking to it.
Localized for Australia
Fully compliant with Australian regulations, Reptri speaks your customers’ language and aligns with local business hours.
Call Triaging & SMS
Define how your business structure works so Reptri can connect your callers to the right person. Once the call ends, Reptri can also send a tailored SMS on your behalf.
Reptri App Guide – Step by Step


1. Download & Sign Up
Navigate your way through the App Store or Google Play and download “Reptri”.

Once downloaded:
- Open the app,
- Enter your number & await our SMS,
- Your will receive a code and our terms and conditions.
- Once you enter your code and accept Reptri’s standard terms, you will enter the platform’s “Home Menu”,
All applicable statistics, training tools and call logs will be visible on the Reptri App.


2. Call Logs & Recordings
To access your customer call recordings:
- Navigate from Reptri’s Home Menu to the highlighted Call Logs
- Once opened, you’ll be able to view a list of calls based on the date filter you choose.
- Each call once clicked will open up both a written description of the enquiry.
- If you’ve enabled “Call Recordings” in settings, you will also see a recording of the call.
This feature allows Reptri clients to listen or review every call, ensuring quality. By keeping a record of every call via a recording or description, we ensure compliance & peace of mind for our clients.


3. Bookings & Calendar
To view bookings, availabilities and to access your Reptri Calendar:
- Navigate from Reptri’s Home Menu to the highlighted Bookings page,
- Once opened, you’ll see multiple options, displaying new booking notifications & that weeks calendar,
Through this page you’ll be able to:
- log unavailable hours or days,
- Set average booking time frame,
- View bookings categorised based on team/department,
- Filter your view based on date, week, or month,
Every new appointment Reptri books is displayed on this page if you’re set up with a bookings flow to organise appointments and meetings. Clients can either set up a call triage for their bookgs or create a conversation flow with our support team.
4. Train Reptri Feature

Just like a real secretary, you can continually train Reptri’s AI receptionist. This feature enables us to build long lasting business relationships by showcasing unmatched quality assurance. You can view this feature on the home page titled “Train Me”. Once you open this page, you’ll see 3 options:
- Speak
- Text
The Speak function allows you to record yourself instructing and training Reptri on an ongoing bases. once you record your demand, send it for Reptri to process and action.
The Text Function, similar to the speak function allows you to type instructions to Reptri, once uploaded, Reptri processes and actions your instructions.
The PDF feature is perfect for businesses that have changing services or offers, if you’re a restaurant for example, you’ll be able to upload your menu as a PDF, Reptri then updates itself by reading and digesting your menu or services.
In Reptri’s settings page, you’ll see:
- Call Forwarding Option,
- Call Recording Option,
- After Call SMS Option,
Call forwarding allows you to forward specific calls to different teams or departments internally. In this section you define a team/department with an associated number (e.g. customer care team), for callers who request a certain individual or department, Reptri triages and forwards those calls.
In case you decide to record Reptri conversations, this option is viewable in the settings page as a tickable box, once ticked, every call will be recorded and a call recorder disclaimer will be played at the beginning of every call.
After every call, Repri can also send the caller a text, whether it’s a thank you text or confirmation, we can gaurantee the best level of customer service, the way you define it.
Every Reptri Client receives a dedicated account manager that assists with all things Reptri – You also have the option of logging technical tickets via the app in the “Support Section”.
